Do you guarantee the sex of the reptiles you sell?
We guarantee the sex only when listed as such for sale. We do sex upon request, but do not guarantee the sex as 100% accurate.
I have an account with FedEx, can you ship under my account?
No. FedEx does not allow us to ship reptiles on account. The shipping fees must be paid in advance.
What days do you ship?
We ship Wednesday and Thursday, for next day delivery. Orders placed online will receive tracking information from FedEx.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
No. I don't think it's fair for me to dictate how much money you should spend.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is dependant on several factors, the size and weight of the box along with your destination. Approximate shipping cost range from $38.50 inside Florida for a small box to $69 out side of Florida for a large box. Exact shipping fees are not quoted as they vary depending on if the box is shipped to a residential or business address.
Can I pick out or pick up my order?
Pre-orders can be picked up at any of the reptile shows we attend. We do not allow visitors to our facility as we are generally busy caring for our animals and we do not always have the time to spend showing the animals. Also, I have found that by limiting the number of people to our facility has lessoned our external parasite load drastically.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we export to Canada. We follow the same guideslines as exporting and need to file CITES if required. Broker and export document fees are $350. Shipping is extra.
