Unwanted Pets:
Florida law now allows us to accept unwanted pets. Currently we are able to accept birds, small animals and reptiles. We do not pay for unwanted pets.
Please do not let unwanted pets go in the wild!

Captive Bred reptiles are guaranteed for 3 days!
There is no guarantee on wild caught reptiles!
We ship FedEx Priority Next Day service ONLY!
Shipping fees are not included and are not refundable for any reason!
We heat and ice pack when required for an additional fee. If you request heat or ice packing against our recomendation, there are no guarantees!
There is no guarantee on amphibians, salamanders or newts.
We can not guarantee shipments traveling through areas where the temperatures are below 45'F and above 90'F.
We can not be held liable for any illness or disease not visible or known while in our care. We can not guarantee animals are free of parasites. We treat all wild caught animals at least once.
Orders sent door to door service are sent via priority service only!
All Customers:
If a problem should arise. You will need to return the item or items in question before a refund is issued, less any shipping and handling fees. This applies to live animals as well. We may require photographs or the return of any live animals in question.
Should you run into a problem... please let us know within one hour of receiving your shipment. A credit will be given on your next invoice or a replacement will be sent with your next order. If we do not hear from you within one hour we will assume that everything is great and you have had no problems. No credits will be given after this time.
In addition to the above: Exotic Pets Wholesale is not responsible for any fees you incur relating to or from the live animals purchased from us such as care, feeding, breeding, shipping or health, other than what has been stated above or other wise stated or agreed upon in writing. We are not responsible for the legality of the animals we sell or any fines, fees or licensing of or for any animal or animals purchased from us.
All turtles and tortoises under 4" are sold for educational, scientific or export purposes only.
Basically, notify us as to any problems that arise and check the legality of all animals you intend on purchasing before making the purchase.
Payment: Pre-payment by Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. COD Money Order or Cashier’s Check. Company checks are accepted if approved through our office ahead of time. There is a $35 accounting fee charged in addition to a Return Check Charge. Return check charges are set by the state of Florida and are as follows: $25 if the face value of the check does not exceed $50; $30, if the face value exceeds $50 but does not exceed $300; $40, if the face value exceeds $300, or an amount of up to 5% of the face amount of the check, whichever is greater. Purchaser agrees to pay all legal expenses, court costs, attorney fees and any other necessary fees paid by the seller in endeavoring to collect any outstanding account balance. Any account over 30 days will be subject to a 2% monthly service charge.
Please be aware that in the state of Florida it is considered a criminal offense to write a bad check. The Florida State Attorney’s office takes this extremely serious. Besides criminal prosecution, you may be liable for triple the amount of the check in addition to a service charge, court costs, attorney’s fees and incurred bank fees, as provided in s. 68.065, of Florida Statues.
