Shipping

We ship orders via FedEx Priority Overnight to your door. Shipping fees are dependent on several factors, which include but are not limited to: the destination from our facility, the weight and size of the box and whether the order is being shipped to a residential or business location. We use four different size boxes to insure you are not charged an excessive amount for shipping.

We ship Wednesday and Thursday only. Depending on the amount of orders we have going out, FedEx has asked that we break them into two shipments. Hence the Wednesday/Thursday shipping days. Orders placed online will receive a shipping and tracking notice from FedEx. This will enable you to track your order online via the carrier's website. If you have a question concerning the shipping of an order please ask! Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Charges for Priority Next Day service: (for live animals)

Mini Box (7x7x6) $49 (for small reptiles up to 3 containers in a box)

Small Box (12x9x6) $55 (for small to med. reptiles up to 6 containers in a box)

Medium Box (15x11x7) $65 (for med. to large reptiles up to 12 containers in a box)

Large Box (17x17x8) $89

X-Large Box (27x18x13) $99

Tall Box (12x12x12) $69 (used for tall containers, i.e. baby chameleons etc.)
